The feast on the beach

Observing nature is one of the perks of walking on the beach. This past summer I found this pattern on the beach near the old light-house on the island of Anholt in the sea of Kattegat. After a storm, birds had a feast on dead lobsters that washed up on the beach. The resolving power and "micro-contrast" of my Zeiss 50mm f/2 makro lens is amazing for this kind of motif and I keep finding small exiting details.
