One Saturday morning on my way to work, I photographed the beauty of fresh fallen snow at the river Gudenåen near the city of Randers. In the afternoon the sun had already melted the snow, and the new formed ice was the only indicator of white winter. Being out on a day with heavy snowfall is one of my favourites, this collection captures that thick, soft silence of a winter day and the magical way snow transforms a landscape, everything is fresh, silent and magic.
