Winter is my favourite season of the year to take pictures. Just as the last rays of sun of the day goes down, the light becomes intense, and I have to work fast to capture it! I loved the way the ice was picking up all the colours revealing detail in a way that can only be described as pure magic. In the evening the low sun is often softened by ice-crystals in the air and the sunlight get an amazing red colour, shown in the images below.
