November mood

Today, I was out for a few hours in the afternoon and photographed this collection of images, the weather was wet, grey and misty; I had to use iso 3200 on my camera on all the images,  because the weather was very dull with almost no light at all. The high iso made the images look soft and grainy and I think it enhance the mood of November very well indeed.

"The name 'November' is believed to derive from 'novem' which is the Latin for the number 'nine'. In the ancient Roman calendar November was the ninth month after March. As part of the seasonal calendar November is the time of the 'Snow Moon' according to Pagan beliefs and the period described as the 'Moon of the Falling Leaves' by Black Elk." Mystical
