Today, was one of these days, you just had to be out to experience the Arctic air and frosty landscape. When Mother Nature hits us with a sudden blast of cold, at least in this part of the country, she sometimes softens the blow with an indescribably beautiful phenomenon called "hoar frost." Some call it frozen dew, or white frost.
