I have photographed this oak tree many times before, especially in winter and autumn. Old oak trees and this one in particular, almost look like an Japanese Bonsai-tree, with branches so photogenic and full of spirit. I photographed the tree on a rainy afternoon, the weather was screaming autumn with misty conditions and light rain, spiced up by heavy rain showers, but the wind was missing though. I like these conditions because I get softer light and vivid colours.
